Providing barbecue grilling style on site at the event location. Food is prepared on site and fresh and hot. Buffett style serving line with professional staff that serve the guests as they go through the line. Set-up, tear down, clean up, serving, cake cutting, and toasting include in price at no additional charge. We provide one server for every fifty guests along with a cook and myself at each event.
